Ingredients
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 200 g rolled oats
- 100 g ground millet
- 100 g ground rice
- 200 g ground nuts
- 250 g butter
- 250–300 g honey
- a little cream
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the butter and honey, then knead into a dough.
- If the dough is too firm, add a little cream until it becomes easy to shape.
- Chill the dough.
- Shape into small cookies and place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 210℃(410℉) until golden brown.

- Chilling the dough makes it easier to handle

- The amount of honey can be adjusted to taste
